Description
aluminized heat-resistant glove is suitable for industrial sectors such as metallurgy, glassmaking, or plastics manufacturing.
These heat-resistant gloves are recommended for: handling sharp, very hot, wet, or oily parts, production operations, hot silica processing, and foundry work when exiting the furnace.
The aluminized glove has the following properties: resistance to contact heat up to 500°C, excellent protection against cut risks, and the aluminized fabric on the back of the hand provides excellent resistance to molten metal splashes and convective heat.
This long glove (45 cm) extends protection to the forearm.
- The glove also features a tightening strap on the cuff for better glove retention and to prevent potential heat transfer.
- The glove is a barrier to oils and water thanks to the Porelle® waterproof membrane in the lining.
Maintenance advice: Wash after use with warm water and soap, let air dry away from a heat source. Then store your gloves away from moisture and light. The glove is also suitable for industrial washing.
